What is Pistio?
Pistio is a ski-trip planning app in development for friends and families. The idea is simple: bring the people, travel, accommodation, skiing plans and shared jobs into one place.
Can I use the app yet?
Not quite. We’re building Pistio now. This website gives you a first look at the idea; the example trip is an interactive concept preview, not a live app. We haven’t announced a launch date yet.
Is it only for the person organising?
No. Pistio is being designed for everyone coming on the trip. Organisers can bring the plan together, while friends and family can keep up with the details and take on their share of the jobs.
What if we’re travelling separately?
That’s part of the plan. Flights, trains, driving and other ways of getting there are part of the intended experience, so different journeys can still lead to one shared trip.
Does Pistio book the holiday for us?
Pistio is being built to organise your plans. It isn’t a travel booking service. You’ll make bookings with your chosen providers and bring the relevant details into your trip.
Where will Pistio launch?
We’re planning a launch across Europe, including all EU countries, the UK, Norway and Switzerland, plus the United States and Canada. English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Dutch are part of the language plan. Availability and final language support will be confirmed at launch.
